Practice Description
- Representation of investors, lenders, developers and borrowers in acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing transactions of commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and undeveloped real estate.
- Advice and counsel related to real estate transactions, including negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements for office, retail, industrial and multifamily projects and land use documentation (including easements, deed restrictions, reciprocal easements and license agreements).
- Representation of landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing.
- Review of title, survey, zoning, leases and other diligence items involving commercial real estate.
- Representation of owners in management and leasing agreements.
- Representation of corporate entities and individuals with respect to acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, including entity formations and partnership and joint venture agreements.
- Representation of developers handling transactions with public entities.
